Biden just needs to call McConnell and Graham into the oval office before his AG is up for confirmation and tell them he will be brief and they can leave when he's done. Biden pulls out a book labeled federal criminal statutes. He calmly and suscinctly reads the passage titled obstruction of justice. He then asks McConnell and Graham if they have any questions before dismissing them.

Could it be split if there are voters who only vote in one of the two races or somehow split their vote?

“I’ll vote for the Jew but not the black guy,” or vice versa or “I ain’t voting for a woman.”

All king of crazy out there.

    House Bill H. Res. 512
Should the House Call for the Repeal of Blasphemy, Heresy & Apostasy Laws Around the World?

    Passed 386-3.

Yeah, that's a great use of time. Maybe they just wanted to pass something Cocaine Mitch would actually allow a vote on.

No AG nominee would ever respond to a direct question on that except to say he/she will uphold the laws of the US. How does the Senator asking questions go from that? Make the second question Trump-specific. Then the nominee says "no one is above the law in the US, but I have no idea if Trump has committed any crimes." Then what? BTW, Graham's phone call to Kemp in Georgia was a blatant violation of federal law. A sassy nominee might say that to his face on national TV.

This is the thing that could knock him out of contention for the future. But it won't be the voters who make that call; it would have to be his family if it's bad enough.

Hey Trump supporters, our government is a separation of powers government, everyone is taught that its three branches, executive, legislative and judicial branches.

The executive branch does not get a "do over" if the judicial branch denies the relief sought. A sitting president, who has lost the election, does not get to ask the states' legislators and elected officials to ignore the votes and independently determine the sitting president was the "true" winner. That is unlawfully interfering with our vote and undemocratic.

Gable should have shot for the takedown, hit Trump with a crossface cradle, and pinned his ass right there on the floor.
