I always think of Murder, She Wrote or one of those other "everyone is a suspect" type shows or movies, if Rand Paul met an untimely end. No doubt Senators would offer glowing tributes and then mutter what a bastard he was when the mikes were off. The culprit would end up being some lowly staffer for some other Senator who was unable to be with his mom as she passed away in a hospital because Rand was delaying another Senate holiday recess.

 

The number of suspects in Bowling Green would fill a good-sized lobby.

 

On account of the massacre, and whatnot.

 

Look, I made a bad comparison, yes we all need each other, that's why we are supposed to be the United States of America. But I was reacting to how Maumann described the Trumpists trying to take over the country and overthrow the election. Maybe I should have said the Red States need the Blue States. Sure I know the Bay Area needs the Central Valley because its called the "Bread Basket of the World."

 

Unbelievable that someone could even write these arguments to the Supreme Court and think their reputation would remain intact. The assumptions contained therein are massive. Thank goodness PA (and others) are highlighting them.
