After being a registered Republican for 45 years, since I turned 18, I went online and changed my affiliation to Democrat (which was a convoluted process in the red state in which I live ... go figure). The congressman in my district was one of the traitors who signed on with the Texas suit and the state in which I live was one of the 18 joining Texas. Was I a U.S. attorney, I would bring charges of high treason against them and the state attorney generals and other elected officials who were a party to this debacle. Enough of this bullshit. Filing this suit with Supreme Court isn't much different from rolling tanks into Washington and surrounding the White House.

The SC in 2000 told FLA that because Safe Harbor had passed, the recount should stop. And that election was decided by 500-600 votes.

This is exactly the MO of Team Rudy, make wild ass claims, but fail to follow basic procedures thereby garnering attention and fervor, but ultimately getting laughed out of court.

In my state, you aren't a registered anything. We have open primaries. I considered myself and voted Republican all my life. I would even tell people, "I'm a Reagan Republican." The Tea Party nonsense softened my stance. Trump's inaugural address made me step back. The first weeks of his presidency made me pump the brakes. I remember writing in my captain's log (it's not a diary or journal; those are for pussies), "I hope this isn't my political Road to Damascus moment." Turns out it was. In four years, I went from "traditional Republican" to "moderate Republican" to "independent" to "Yeah, I'm a Democrat."

If I was a betting man, and I am, I think I'd put money on Michigan being the place where the first shot of Civil War 2 happens.
You get some real outliers in the mix like Oregon, Nevada and Arizona, but Michigan just feels right.

I'm fascinated by the don't seat them argument. It has been used previously, I think it was back in the 1930s, on some socialist type, but it would be nuclear bomb hardball if used now.

Good. I hope they follow closely in the footsteps of the Ford family, since the Lions haven't done sh*t since 1957.

That's why it should be done. Until Democrats play just as rough, our republic will just keep sinking into authoritarian rule for plutocrats and heretic "Christian" fanatics.
