    Rube Foster, Oscar Charleston, Josh Gibson, Cool Papa Bell, Satchel Paige, Buck Leonard, Biz Mackey, Smokey Joe Williams, Pop Lloyd, Mule Suttles, Jackie Robinson, Monte Irvin, Martin Dihigo, Hank Aaron, Willie Mays, Turkey Stearnes, Judy Johnson, Leon Day, Bullet Joe Rogan, Buck O'Neil, Ray Dandridge, Larry Doby, Jud Wilson and way many more Negro League players are playing ball right now and have a big smile on their face. What a great day.

    Willie and Hank are still with us, but point taken.

    I look forward to MLB doing more than the symbolic minimum, and agree with professor Moore.

    Mr. Aaron’s Negro League stats occurred after 1948, however.

    I was hoping at first that eight additional home runs could be located for him.

    Completely agreed. Think of today's MLB, but take out every Black, Hispanic, and Asian player, and replace them with Triple-A and Double-A level players. That's comparable to the level of competition that the "stars" of the pre-integration era faced.
