    I was thinking about sarcastically posting something about all the sports writers having to work and not be with their families, from the NFL and NBA to the Heisman finalists being announced and Auburn introducing its new coach - there are even Christmas commitments in recruiting ...
    The flip side to all that are the sports writers out of work.

    So I’ll just wish everyone a Merry Christmas and happy holidays. Here’s hoping for a better 2021.
