    Penthouse or outhouse?

Trump does like to put his name on everything ... except bills that have been thoroughly overnegotiated and passed ...

I just don’t understand people like Rubio. He clearly doesn’t believe this nonsense, he’s never going to be President and the Trumpers will turn on him in a heartbeat when someone more MAGA runs against him.

Stupid fucks who couldn't get a C in any science class in any accredited high school don't seem to get the idea that legitimate scientists change their opinions based on newly acquired information, therefore if on day one they say "absolutely do this," then 30 days later they say something different, it doesn't necessarily mean they were lying either time.

But the slack jawed yokel brigade just loves to huff and puff that the smarty pants kollege boy scyyy-entists ain't really so smart so why should we listen to them anyway. I heard some real smart guy on Faux Teevee say we should throw off our masks for FREEDUM!!

Despite his best efforts, Rubio is right about this one.

Fauci has seen it as his job all along to lie to the American public in order to influence their behavior. I'm not sure whether it was the best course of action available to him or not, but that's what he's done. That's what he openly admits to doing.

It's not a matter of changing opinion with new information. If he knows that a number is 6 and he thinks he'll get more compliance out of saying it's 8, he'll say it's 8.

    Sigh

Once again, if a doctor/scientist says one thing on day one and another thing a month later, it doesn't mean they're lying.

The reason it's called a "novel" coronavirus: it's "novel," new, not directly comparable to previous examples. "What we know" has been changing significantly week by week.

Little Marco is the guy who worked on an immigration plan with the gang of eight
He was for it until Obama endorsed it
Then he suddenly said he was against it
    Little piece of shit

As you saw over the past year, the American right has proven itself to be craven, stupid, or craven and stupid. We've needed an adult to tell us to eat our vegetables.

It's the same thing that happens before most hurricanes or snowstorms or whatever. Oversell so dumbasses don't try to ride it out in their beachfront home.

Exactly, just because the advice changes based upon what we know at the present momentdoesn’t mean the earlier advice was a lie or intended to deceive.

Nor should it give any credibility to people who pick an opinion out of the air and say that because no one is perfect, their unfounded opinions mean as much as the scientists.
