The rights I mostly see being suspended are for people who want to travel to Canada and many foreign countries.

Again, no one is going to get arrested or probably even talked to for family gatherings or visits or defying mask mandates outside of hospitals and care facilities.

It happens all time. Warnings have been issued to businesses but it's very rare that a business is cited or forced to close. There are gyms, churches, salons all defying supposed orders by the governors.

People don't care, so again, what is it say 90 percent of the people who protested at the Capitol and other state houses are afraid of losing when Biden is sworn in?

 

Didn't Baron v Baltimore put a hold on the bill of rights at least at the state level and it wasn't until incorporation rulings that finally gave you things like 5th Amendment protections? That may not be your point but that is my understanding.

 

Now we know what Sean Hannity and his writers were doing ...

 

They were crying about their rights being taken away PRE-covid.

 

At this point, it doesn't matter who Trump pardons.
Pardons aren't some cosmic shield you can always hide behind.
They are only as good as the authorities who honor them.

 

Just to remind that McVeigh was former military.
