    They distinguish between needing two-thirds and a majority so it's a majority of the cabinet. You get into the 2/3s stuff if there is disagreement between the President and the VP/cabinet and Congress needs to intervene.

    Out this way you see the same symbols these people were wearing at the Capitol siege on cars daily - the punisher skull, the assault rifle, the Blue Lives Matter stuff. The MAGA hats might be retired, but its good to know what to look for.
