    America isn't divided in the sense that this is a 50 / 50 thing. These people are fringe morons. People like them have always been there, but they were social pariahs kept on the fringes of society. Trump emboldened them for 4 years and they came out from under their rocks. As a country now, we need to send them back to the fringes. This will go down as a shameful chapter in our history, but they have not done permanent damage to our democratic institutions yet.

    I have no doubt that the Turtle is pleased by impeachment, but the reason he's pleased is that he knows any trial will take away from what Biden is able to achieve in the first weeks of his administration.
    Impeach and do the trial as quickly as possible. We all know what's going to happen. We know Trumpists have no guts. It's time to use the power of the federal government to do something about the vaccine problem.
