We had granddad Reagan for 8 years, and things his people allowed to have happen led to the rise of partisan media and the demise of local media, and also fucked up real good our drug policy in America. He was a nice, increasingly senile man under whom not so nice things were done.

I’m happy that someone is wiping down the podium between speakers. It’s a reminder that this virus is not gone, that it’s still killing people by the truckload. A lot of folks need to see that, unfortunately 98 percent of them aren’t watching.
