It is genuinely frightening. We do not know anything about these variants yet. If we are complacent, 2021 could be 2020: The Sequel.

    Could you imagine!

    Double mask, my friends.

I ate at a restaurant last night. The place was about 10 percent of COVID-allowed capacity, if that. We might have been the only table on that side of the house. I was starving, she was hungry. Was it risky? Yes. I view it as a calculated risk. We wore masks whenever we didn’t have food in our mouths. These places do not want to get sued out the wazoo, so they’re aggressive with sanitizing. Perhaps I’m being a bit too laissez faire about it. Would I do it every night? Absolutely not. Would I do it indoors at a place that’s one-third full? Probably not.

As long as they are sanitizing, you are likely in good shape. Deep cleaning is here to stay, I believe.

It is shameful that WHO looked into this, as well.

We have long been aware of how COVID 19 originated.

Our governor has decided to move teachers to the, er, front of the line among "front-line" workers in the Group 3 plan. Basically gives them a two-week jump (Feb. 24) on other "essential" workers (March 10), some of whom are not pleased.
