Pfizer kicked my ass the day after the second shot. I was in bed all day with chills, fever, aches, etc., and wondered if 50 percent vaccination wouldn't have been all that bad. But by the next day, all good.

Pfizer 1 was an easier shot than the flu shot last year, after which my arm felt like it was going to fall off.

Got Pfizer 2 today. Aside from the fact that I may have a sinus infection from current pollen hell, I feel fine. Arm's a little sore. Wifi has really sucked since though.

My GF got Moderna No. 2 last Wednesday. She was down most of Thursday, but back to work on Friday and feeling pretty much 100 percent. I'm scheduled for Moderna No. 2 on April 29, and I've already taken April 30 off.

    Pfizer here.
    1st shot, sore arm
2nd shot, no effects. One week ago.

Pfizer I (April 2): Nothing of note
Pfizer II (about 9 hours ago): Modest shoulder and neck stiffness that could be attributed to scrolling on my phone in the waiting room, followed later by a mild back-of-the-head headache that could be assisted by being dehydrated or allergies.

Fully vaxxed with Moderna and no issues except minor pain at the injection site and swollen lymph node under my left arm (injection side) after the second shot.

Meanwhile, my mental health has improved dramatically.

Nothing but arm pain for Moderna No. 1.

Moderna No. 2? Not as lucky. Sweats/chills the night of (Sunday). Monday was a washout. Headache and extreme fatigue.

Tuesday was much better but at the end of busy workday I was spent and had mild headache again.

Going to sleep and expect it’ll be all good tomorrow.

I have just the one Pfizer shot so far. Soreness at the injection site lasted a couple days -- rolling over on it on the first night was an unpleasant surprise -- and a wave of fatigue hit me about three hours after the shot and lingered for the rest of the day. Not too bad, all told. Given the reports of the second Pfizer shot's possible effects, I'm taking the following day off work, just in case.

First Moderna — very sore arm for about 4 days.

Second Moderna — mildly sore arm for 2 days and maybe a tiny bit of muscle fatigue for a day (possibly imagined).

Yesterday — which was 14 days from the second shot, very sore from going to the gym for the first time since March 2020

Had my 2nd Pfizer about a month ago and had the same reaction. Chills overnight, aches all over and fever up to 101.4. Thing is, Tylenol would not break the fever. Never helped. Just nonstop for about 24 hours. Next day, though? Felt fine and played golf the day after that.

    Easy trade to make.

Sore arm with both shots. A touch of fatigue with the second, as in I slept in much later than I usual do. But I went for a hike that afternoon so all was good.

Per everything I've read about Pfizer, full efficacy is achieved a week after the second shot, and that's tomorrow for me. Two weeks for Moderna. Four weeks for the J&J jab.
