I understand people not wanting to wear masks. I do not understand trying to convince others to not wear masks.

My regular spot plays fast and loose with the rules. They purchased a hotdog roller so they could offer up food to meet the criteria. You’re supposed to order a food item with your first beverage, but a lot of places aren’t enforcing it.

They can be somewhat frightening to look at.

I don't either. The smell of tobacco is connected to good memories from various years at art and drama school. So, I wouldn't. However, 39 memorial services later, there are days I'd give some Q folk a swift hit with a Doc. They're incapable of shame.

We have yard signs in our town telling people to “Ditch the masks, take back your liberty”

I’m thinking of printing a “Stick a fork in a light socket, take back your liberty” sign, but it’s too wordy.

Taboos against spreading fatal communicable diseases predate recorded history. But if Typhoid Mary had lived 100 years later, she’d be on Fox News launching her Senate campaign. What the hell is wrong with us?

Good. Now the Oregon System of Higher Education can follow suit.
