As much as I hate Trump, prosecuting him at this point would be politically disastrous for the country. Not because it would be traumatic for us all. Because it would rile up his klan, which, with an array of legislation and the state level, is already in good shape to run both houses of the legislature in the next term.

That depends on what he is prosecuted for and what the evidence in hand is. Criminals in high office need to be held responsible.

 

The preferred term around here is "common." It's shorthand for saying someone looks coarse or hard ankled. I might rag on Tammy Faye for looking overly made up, but she does act like she has home training.

The Feds have been looking for leverage on Allen Weisselberg, the Trump Org.s money man. Looks like they found it. His grandchildren are going to an exclusive private school in Manhattan, and the checks have come either from Weisselberg or from Trump himself. That looks very much like hidden income he's evaded taxes on. One more piece of the squeeze on him to testify.

Lots of things are starting to come to a boil. Word is that officials in Florida have been discussing what happens if New York seeks extradition of Trump.

 

I’m tired of us collectively running scared from these peckerwoods. Bullies keep bullying until punched in the mouth.

 

Nothing can stop that now.

 

I've said all along DeSantis will prevent Trump from being extradited if he's charged with state crimes.

 

If so, then Trump never leaves Florida. The first time he shows up at his golf club in Virginia or New Jersey, arrest him.

 

No way is old, fat Trump going to summer in hot, humid Florida. He never has.
