Muh Muh Muh My Corona (virus)

Somehow the rise of Nashville as a cosmopolitan, multicultural city has caused these shitbirds to lose what little mind they had. Tennessee has never exactly been a well-oiled civic machine but it was clearly a notch above the Deep South states. Now it is hell bent on getting to 50th in everything to own the libs.

 

This is what they want. Tennessee fires one of its chief medical officers because it prioritizes loud, stupid voices over public health. Just to complicate life for a country with a Democrat in the White House.

 

Wife’s coworker sent her kid to Kanakuk, a big summer camp in Branson. Kid came home with the Delta variant. Kid tells mom that one whole cabin was sent home a week early because they had it, but the camp nurse said everybody else was fine. Via text messages, the kid has confirmed nine of her 12 cabin mates have COVID now.

Tennessee GOP isn’t just against COVID vaccines, it seems.

 

Another generation of this and the state of my ancestors will lose the written language altogether. It will just be crude stick men drawings on the walls of the Dollar General.

It's not often that I look at another state and seriously consider the idea that they're screwed up even worse than Alabama is. Thank god for Tennessee.
