Wait, the judge who claims to be so Catholic, he's against Vatican II reforms and thinks Biden shouldn't receive communion? The judge who used to boast throughout the halls of FOX that Trump told him he was on the short list for the Supreme Court nomination? I don't believe it

Turner probably shouldn’t have compared voting for Biden to eating a bowl of shit, especially when the other option was Donald Trump.

It sounds simplistic - but "Voters vote." Turner had some outstanding endorsements, particularly from within the state. I imagine most voters who liked Fudge probably didn't feel the same way about voting for Biden the "bowl" comment. The Twitter/Progressive Left needs to show more maturity and realize if they want the responsibility to lead the Democratic Party, they can no longer act like they're more interested in being "anti-establishment" than getting things done. Bernie doesn't really let his politics impact his relationships with other legislators - AOC realizes she probably gains more credibility when she is as vocal with her support of party leaders when she agrees with them as she is when she disagrees with them.

Honestly, if celebrities have any power in these things, Yvette Nicole Brown on twitter was a factor.

The Bernie Sanders message is not universally appealing. I will say that until I die, but it's the simple truth. There are pockets of the country where it is highly appealing, but for the general electorate? No, it's just not. And Turner was tied to Bernie.

I don't think it was that so much as Turner's own history of dissing prominent Democrats. Any candidate who publicly stated they didn't vote for Clinton in 2016 and said voting for Biden was like eating a bowl of shit is gonna have a tough time winning a Democratic primary.

So, give a guy money to go buy blankets from this stooge.

Do they really need blankets in August?

Or… I could buy some blankets on Amazon and have them shipped to the shelter for free.

I think Bernie's message might resonate a bit more if he'd ever accomplished one damn thing while in office, but that's just me.
