For teachers, last year was about survival. I’d say team-building is more necessary in classrooms than the average workplace because of the student churn. You gotta get everyone on the same page. It’s hard to do that when everyone is on a Zoom or you’re only seeing half your kids and not the full complement every day.

Before any of this if I never had to hear or see Leiter on TV again, it would be fine. Of course, turns out now he's just another shore hillbilly from Toms River.

I wondered that, too. Maybe WT infers he wasn't in office because of his time on the disabled list?? I mean, he had Covid, allegedly, which puts people down for 3-4 weeks, allegedly. He survived it in one day, allegedly.
WT, please come back and tell us what we're missing.

Leiter has kicked around a run in state politics. He's yukked it up with Christie in public view.

The court of public opinion always wins, and right now, the tide is turning hard against the people clogging up our health system and ruining the way the rest of us want to live our lives. Those who have had their little tantrums about not getting vaxxed -- whether guided or misguided -- are running into the serious reality that their right to be stupid no longer gives them any say-so in how the rest of us have to treat them.

If the government and public health cannot make you see the logic, then the hell with you.

Go ahead. Lose your job. Lose your right to a public school education. Lose your right to eat, drink or meet your friends. Above all, lose your right to a long, healthy life, if that's the end game you're trying to play.

My sympathy for you has all but run out. May the God you wish to believe in have mercy upon you.

Good for the Jaguars. That won’t play well with their base, which ain’t real big in the first place.

I’m still guessing Fox will have no problem letting Smoltz call the postseason in person.

Is that how you would have put the headline?
    April 29, 1945.
KARL DONITZ is the new leader of Germany.

Fuck the Nazis from from the 30's and 40's and fuck them today.

Ding Dong, the talk show host is dead.

BTW more COVID deaths in the USA from 2020-2021 than Battle deaths WWII 1941-45
