Just got an email from Columbia athletics that masks and vaccines will be required to attend sporting events. That mask mandate includes outdoor games and says it's based on state and city guidelines. I haven't seen a single city, state or federal guideline that recommends masks at outdoor events where everyone is vaccinated and even if there is there needs to be an exception for Columbia football, where I am quite often the only person in the stadium sitting south of the 15-yard-line on the home side, the closest person to me being about 200 feet away. I mean, I'm gonna wear it but not really seeing the point. Still, go Lions.
