Here's the precedent that was set when DeSantis fucked Disney over: You could be a bar owner in Lakeland. You're pissed because of a new zoning law. You give a quote to the media to that effect. The county commission, pissed because you criticized them publicly, then revokes your liquor license.
I could care less if Disney has a few less bucks. But I care that an elected official, who got his hateful, vindictive, petty, ignorant bill passed, then feels as if he has to squash someone like a bug just because he released a public statement criticizing the fact that the bill got passed. Dude, you won. Disney CEO rips the bill, just say, "scoreboard."
