I am 100% in favor of age caps and term limits for both the Judicial and Legislative branches.
Age 70 for ALL federal employees. House = 5 terms. Senate 2 terms. Judicial branch 16 years or until you hit the age limit.
Could a very good person fall victim to that? Certainly. But the chances of that are much slimmer than the number of people serving past their expiration date.
