Don't think I've ever seen a Dodgers pitcher labor as hard as today's starter did today at Pittsburgh.

Seemed like the threw 125 pitches thru 3 but it was just 77 ... and 0 runs.

Trea Turner, Adrian Beltre, Babe Herman, Bob Meusel ... Christian Yelich.

Most cycles (3) in MLB history.

I’m going to keep banging the robot ump drum until it happens.

Always see something new and dumb in baseball.

Nats-Mets just now Soto and Bell run into two outs between second and third on the same play.

PxP guy: I score that 5-6-5-6-1-9-6. How'd you score it?

    Frandsen: Cluster.

"Coaching first base today is the peanut vendor in Section 114. At third base, it's Doris from accounting. And here's the lineup for the Guardians as announced by today's manager, Harry Doyle."

He'll be here as soon as he mounts and balances that set of whitewalls.

I know people have issues with WAR and everything, but so far this season, Mike Trout has already passed the following on the career WAR list and he's done it in less than 6,000 career plate appearances:

Jim McCormick, Bobby Wallace, Ozzie Smith, Robin Yount, Luke Appling, Arky Vaughan, Brooks Robinson
