Watching NHK and it is amazing how soberly they are reporting Abe’s assassination.

If a former U.S President was gunned down, it would be blaring, panicked coverage.

Reading the Newsom quote in the story, I can't help but think that nothing epitomizes "dumb-ass politician" more than some dumb-ass politician crying out "market failure!"
