Honestly, the problem isn't the media - its Americans who are more than willing to lap up whatever "news" fits their worldview regardless of it's source, and reject anything that doesn't. It's like Americans blaming being fat on "food."

 

Fox News is part of the media, so most Americans are correct here.

 

Katie Porter is my rep. A campaign helper for the guy she is running against, Scott Baugh, showed up on my doorstep. I politely told her "good luck, but anyone running against Katie Porter is wasting their time." The woman said that is stuff about Porter that was going to come out soon. I asked, "like what?" Porter teaches a class at UC Irvine, she wrote the textbook and requires her students to buy it. I laughed and said, yeah, just like 99 percent of all the college professors in the country.

 

God help us.

 

She voted for the guy-who-charged-secret-service-exorbitant-rates-at-his-own-hotels right?
