    But the government uses the same specious national security claims to prevent Microsoft, Intel, CICSO and other tech companies from selling hardware and software products to China, North Korea, Iran, Syria and maybe Russia. Maybe they can get with Musk and sue the government.

    FWIW, Tony LaRussa’s lawsuit over a parody account is why Twitter started verifying identities.

    I imagine more lawsuits will follow if the Hungry Horse Gazette loses its blue check and an identically named account springs up.

    So it used to be OK for Saudis to own part of twitter but it's not now?

    The Chinese own TikTok. The Saudis own FoxNews and trump. The Russians own trump’s debt. The Chinese own Mitch McConnell.
