I cannot think of a city less suited for Sanders than Cincinnati.

When I saw the highlights of that, and someone was carrying around that axe, I was hoping like mad someone would chime in with “Careful with that axe, Eugene.”
    Alas, they didn’t.

Curious how Deion’s Under Armour deal that he currently has is going to conflict with Colorado’s NIKE deal that they’ve had for decades.

Ga. Tech looking to hire Tulane's Willie Fritz. Always great when your coach leaves just before the biggest game in the school's history.

Between that ax and the Iowa/ Minnesota traveling trophy, plenty of chances for Pink Floyd references.

I think this reflects the changing economics of college football. Wisconsin will soon make 70 million or so from their television contract. Cincinnati will make about 30 million in the new Big 12 contract.

I don't know what Sparty or ND offered Fickell. But Tucker got about 5.5 million a year at MSU on his first contract. Fickell si reported to make 3.4 million. I think Fickell]s contract is going to be similar to Tucker's second contract. I don't know if a Big 12 school can commit to a contract that has a total value of approximately 100 million dollars.
