Waaaaa! God forbid we have dignity in schools.

When I was in high school, everyone knew who the free and reduced lunch kids were. While those of us with money were buying pizza and soda from the lunch line, the poor kids went to the line off to the side for the school lunch. No one with money bought the school lunch.

Prior to California doing the free school lunch, I'd get the you owe us money notices that I had to hand out to kids we all knew couldn't afford it but their families hadn't filled out the free or reduced lunch form.

So, again, waaaa. Go back to whataboutism with child labor.

Arkansas just made child labor easier, and that's a good thing

I actually got my first paying job as a 14-year-old as a stocker in a drugstore, but I only worked 2-3 days a week. Spent most Saturday mornings listening to Casey Kasem on the radio and loading up on Dr Peppers and Pangburn's Millionaires. It definitely didn't suck.

I guess it would be different if you were on the line at Tyson's separating beaks and gizzards.
