1980s - tax reform
1990s - ADA, Welfare Reform.

I don't have the energy for Clarence Thomas. He's a corrupt asshole who rules based on getting revenge on liberals. Every time.

But, he won't be removed, ever, until he decides to go. It's pathetic.

I would, however, love to see the overlap of the trumplicans who say this clear corruption is no big deal, but will die on the cross (hey, it's Easter) that the $15 the trump judge allegedly gave to the Biden campaign as the worst thing that has ever happened, and he should be replaced.

Note: Judges giving political donations is something I can't quite figure. I get that they're people and have personal opinions. And it's their right. But no matter how much or little money, it can be a very, very bad look. Or at least red meat for the cultists.

 

I really wouldn’t have any problem with states forbidding judges from making political donations.
