    What I was reading was how the business of business in America has become. ... scrambling to claim trillions of dollars of government handouts that corruptly misallocate capital that has been hijacked by politicians, and as a result can't find its way to its most productive uses that would result from the takers or risk bearing the rewards or consequences of their decisions.

    New York is running multibillion dollar deficits that will accelerate for the next decade, and is currently looking over a fiscal cliff. Another $700 million is certainly big news.
