    Quoting this to reply to both it and 2MCM's comment above...Garland named Jack Smith to his position on day 667 of the Biden Administration. Since then, the GOP has taken control of the House and we are now just 594 days from the next inauguration. Slow-rolling has consequences.

    I do wish the first question so many of these vanity candidates for Presidents were asked at these free media spots was "so how much money have you raised, how many paid staffers do you have and how many individual donors?"

    It would cut out a lot of the nonsense any time someone - particularly those who have never held elective office - decides it would be "fun" to run for President. Shouldn't they at least have to file a petition with 1,000 signatures or something?

    One of the benchmarks to get into the GOP debates apparently is 400,000 donors, with at least 2,000 donors each in 20 states.

    It would be typical luck for the GOP to have Trump removed for them in the race if any of these indictments stick.

    I'd still take it, obviously, but it would be typical.
