What local programming exists is usually terrible morning stuff with a young pup trying to pretend he's on the network.

Settle down, be yourself, be local ... and you might get some numbers.

At this point I think local radio is way too far gone — like newspapers — to resurrect many, if any, stations.

Almost certainly not on weak AMs and rimshot FMs.

If I want to listen to a glorified iTunes playlist, I'd listen to iTunes.

Man, love JVG on the calls. I know a lot of folks got tired of him, but I still thought he was so good. As smart as anyone but, yes, funny as well. The list of possible replacements--Redick, Burke, Jefferson--are sleep-inducing.

Completely agree, STG. I was all ready to hate on him going in, but he was excellent.

Outstanding analyst. Horrible move by ESPN.

Now Jalen Rose also is out.

Sure hope they retain Kendrick Perkins.

Mark Jackson survived but Van Gundy did not? At least Van Gundy says something other than cliches.

This will probably end with SAS getting a raise.
