Wait a few more weeks, maybe months. Found out a couple of weeks ago that tow-truck drivers were being offered premiums – above and beyond their usual fees by premium lenders – to repo vehicles (many bought with money suddenly found during the pandemic and long since gobbled up by inflation, especially for payments buyers) and step on it. They want them back, auctioned ASAP to dealers and sold before lots become overrun with repos and other choices.

If that's true, dealers would be wise to come down on prices because there will no shortage of inventory and scarcity will no longer be a BS card they can play.
