It's not about marketing, it's about merchandise.

The more uniforms and hats and variants thereof that a team has, the more you will feel compelled to buy.

 

Pretty sure Helen Keller made those all-star unis.

 

The Braves are really good. If I were a fan, I'd recoil in horror with every speculative story about whom they might pursue in a trade. Do nothing and thrive. Don't give up a thing.

The Braves have also been extremely fortunate that once they got Arcia and Harris II back from early-season injuries, Snitker's basically been able to write in the same lineup card night after night for almost three months now, alternating d'Arnaud and Murphy. Acuna, Albies, Olson and Riley have started all 89 games (before tonight) this year, which is amazing in this era.

Also, the Braves never lost a beat despite injuries to Fried and Wright because Strider and Elder have been so damn good.

It's one thing to be an elite team but they appear to have no weaknesses.
