Still a lovely feature in older English football stadiums.

I’ve only been to Neyland 3-4 times, but I remember that announcement. Now I want to know what is up with that? Never heard it anywhere else and never been at a ballgame where a concessions vendor tried to freelance the price.

That's where I always lost my cousin when we entered the stadium. He'd stand in line for a stall while I peed and went on to our seats.
I've never had an irrational fear #crossthread about peeing in public.

This is how they do it in Chicago.

I was in the Navy with a guy who got arrested for getting drunk and peeing on a wall at Solider Field.

NBC has a lot of deals with cable companies for 1 free year of ad-supported Peacock. I suspect a lot of people are about to explore that for the first time.

Xfinity had that for a bit but is now charging $2.99 a month for it. Fuck that. I already pay far too much for cable and my team is down in the Championship, so I don't particularly care for the random PL games they show there. The only time it will affect me going forward is when the Orioles are on the Sunday Peacock game, and looking at the schedule, they're done with those for the season.

I finally dropped DirecTV. They just kept jacking up the price. So far, I'm fine with YouTube and will probably add Peacock. The good thing is you can cancel at anytime.

We're gonna all end up listening on radio like the old days.
