This seems to have been a theme tonight.

Also, your halftime score from Minneapolis: Gophers 3, Huskers 0. The Big 10 is back, baby.

Central Florida playing like a Power 5 school hosting a G5 school for the season opener.

Just flipped it on and there was everything we know and love about the B1G West on one drive:

    * Nebraska defender ejected for a blatant targeting on the Gophers QB to move Minnesota into scoring position.

    * An absolutely horrible throw by the same Gophers QB a couple plays later for an easy Husker INT.

Bring on USC, Oregon and UW!

Same thing here in the Pacific Northwest. “Spectrum is trying to negotiate the best deal for our customers and Disney is charging exorbitant fees.”

It’s like when Michigan faces Ohio State — no matter who wins, we all lose! ;)

I’m not sure which is worse.

That I’m spending three hours watching Nebraska-Minnesota.

Or that some people are paying the players on THESE two teams.

A crisp 106 degrees in Tempe tonight for the football opener.
Crisp as in "burned to a."

Reminds me of a zero-star Roger Ebert review:
"Caligula" is sickening, utterly worthless, shameful trash. If it is not the worst film I have ever seen, that makes it all the more shameful: People with talent allowed themselves to participate in this travesty.

They paid how many billions for Big 10 football?

Are you people new to the glory of Minnesota Golden Gopher Football?

We’re also used to the glorious sight of the Huskers Nebraska-ing in the fourth quarter!

Lou Holtz and Luther Darville have no idea why you bring Minnesota into this.

Now willing to entertain the possible existence of a Frank Solich corn curse.
