RIP Matthew Perry

I mean, y'all, they each had MONSTER roles on a show that caught the zeitgeist in their time. They then, and now, ALREADY made it. Doesn't matter what they do or did after. They did it then.

They did those roles. Not another actor. They helped create those characters with whatever choices they made. It worked.

Give them credit.

 

He's also the voice of Melman the Giraffe in Madagascar

 

Not to kick a dead man down, but does Perry have a four other things to fill a top five (since they both have Friends) that is better than Cox?

The show with de Matteo was Joey, the spinoff from Friends, and it was truly awful. The one on Showtime was Episodes.

Courteney Cox is at the stage where it appears she's had enough work done that her look is... just... not... natural?

 

I was just gonna say this after reading @MisterCreosote's post. Aniston looked like she had some done in the Friends reunion show, but she still looked like herself. Cox is just all plastic at this point.

 

I recall Schwimmer playing a visionary plastic surgeon in a late-'90s film called Boob Men, or something of the like.
