1) it’s November 2023. We don’t know how Biden will do. He’s not competing in a primary like Trump.

2) Trump might very well be in prison come November 2024

3) How confident are people they’ll have a job when they vote in one year? If most of them have jobs, Biden wins.

4) The Republicans keep shooting themselves in the collective nether regions. Let’s see that play out.

5) Let’s see what happens when primaries start. The mistake the GOP made in 16 was to collectively think Trump was going to lose to whoever beat the others only to realize he collected too many delegates by the time they had one person left.
