    In case anybody was wondering, there's no provision in FBS rules allowing for a perpetually running clock in the second half. The only merciful intervention can be the reduction of the third or fourth quarter to 12 minutes by unanimous agreement of the head coaches and the referee.

    Decided to go golf.
    Glad I did.
    Absolutely gorgeous.
    There was 17-18 or so of us spread out over 3 groups….. me/23-year old son (who got his first hole in one this summer…..151 yard 9-iron)/nephew and 2 friends in one group……nephew hits his first hole in one….122 yard gap wedge.
    It’s gonna be a good night.
