I'm trying to decide which I'd most like to ease out of public view -- Alina Habba or Marjorie Taylor-Greene.

    It's not an easy choice.

MTG. Habba is going to sink under the weight of her own incompetence. In fact, when Trump gets convicted, it was only because he had incompetent counsel.

Thing is that if Johnson showed some spine and broke the Crazy Caucus by actually moving some desperately needed bills, it would make the R's look good, defang the crazies, and he'd get credit for his bipartisan leadership. The margin is very narrow, all he'd need is a few votes from contested districts where it benefit an R's election chances to do it. Do that two or three times and make the point. Bury them.

I'd bet McConnell is in his ear.

Thanks to SJ, I know the exact moment Jason Whitlock ceased to matter, but when exactly do the "best people" that Trump hires tilt over to the "most incompetent fools?"

That's what happens when your legal qualifications consist of bikini pictures

That’s the most thoroughly depressing story I’ve read in years.

When the checks to the "best people" bounced, so they quit?

JFC, upwards of 6,000 words and “abortion” appears three times (twice in connection to No Labels, an unserious entity). In comparison, there are two references to the Weimar Republic.
