The deadline to file bills to be heard by this session of the Oklahoma legislature is near, so many bills with little hope of being heard, let alone passed, are filed so the legislator can get a bit of publicity.

Among those is this stinker by state senator Nathan Dahm (who also happens to be state chair of the GOP) which would require “education,” licenses and fees for journalists working in the state.
