    Burrow was good before he got to Cincy, but, sure, a good OC can refine that and make it better.

    I’d say both.

    QBs Callahan has worked with include Burrow, Derek Carr, Peyton Manning and Matthew Stafford. Pretty decent list. But I'd rather have a guy who made Geno Smith viable. The HC graveyard is full of OCs who worked with HoFers who were HoFers before they showed up.

    So you're trading Herbert to the ......Commanders/Pats to draft McCarthy?? Someone in my office worked closely with Harbaugh and said his sh*t gets seriously off-putting after 4 years (see prior to UM). But I've got to say for the first few years he's going to make the Chargers better than under Staley (really going out on a limb there eh?)
