You need to brush up on you generations. Gen X has nothing to do with it. As usual, we are overlooked and will never get a foothold in running the country. It's the Boomers who like the old guys and the Millennials who like the boisterous bullshit.

Gen X is not ignored. The cohort is simply too narrow a time period and too small to call it a generation. We did them a disservice mostly by labeling them.

 

The only place where Gen Xers have a decent sized chunk of the population is among the posters at SJ.com.

 

Music died a few years after 93, and no one was done a disservice. It's a badge of honor.

 

Jon Stewart is 61 and looks about 75. His humor is on par with that also.
