Its really amazing that despite having horrible attorneys, Trump seems to be having his way with the judicial system. Would not be surprised at all if there has been at least back channel communication courtesy of the Federalist Society.

The question really needs to be asked, what is in it for anybody with a second Trump term. He's going to finish tearing down all of the foundational infrastructure of our democracy - making a need for their service - whether judicial or legislative - unnecessary.

Voters Doubt Biden’s Leadership and Favor Trump, Times/Siena Poll Finds

One of the more ominous findings for Mr. Biden in the new poll is that the historical edge Democrats have held with working-class voters of color who did not attend college continues to erode.

Mr. Biden won 72 percent of those voters in 2020, according to exit polling, providing him with a nearly 50-point edge over Mr. Trump. Today, the Times/Siena poll showed Mr. Biden only narrowly leading among nonwhite voters who did not graduate from college: 47 percent to 41 percent.

Health care, cost of food and gas, a sense that the system is overly rigged (more than ever) for rich people, and immigration. Biden's got 7 months to pound those four items, plus abortion, which is a winning issue for the Democrats.

Can anyone please point me in the direction of any action, idea, effort, accomplishment or mere suggestion by a Republican-affiliated entity over the past many months that wasn't morally or ethically flawed?

It echoes the concept that it's as difficult to go winless as it is undefeated. Republican ability to always be unhinged in everything they do takes remarkable effort that would be laudable if it wasn't so completely sad and morally corrupt.

This poll could well be correct, Siena is a very good pollster. But it has some oddities, at least one of which favors Biden, a six point lead among seniors, who were plus 11 for Trump in 2020.

Ukraine ranked No. 53 in 2008, the last year before Biden became VP and became the "point man" for the country.

I haven't suffered even one instance in daily life where anyone, ever, in a conversation about politics spoke the words, "No Labels".
