Glad he got to be king at least. Not in the habit of thinking a lot about the royals, but I do feel for Prince William. I'm sure having Harry a full-timer would be a big help right now with a lot of the public stuff royals have to do while he's dealing with a dying dad, sick wife, young family and the various roles he has. Let alone just the personal support he would offer.

At least Charles got a cup of coffee as a sovereign. Get ready for King Wills.

ADD: Not out of the question that Harry will eventually return to the fold.

Why glad? He’s a despicable man, a horrible husband and an even worse father.

So much trash was talked by each camp in the last days of Charles-Diana that we'll never know, I guess?

It's weird. I really try not to follow this stuff. But it seems like the health of the monarchy is based somewhat on the future of William's marriage. His kids are too young to take over and the next few sublines are problematic. Harry, Andrew, Edward (who?) and Anne (too old.) Unless, of course, they drag somebody of left field, which they've done before.
