Week 1 College Football Thread: Seven Years of College Station Down the Drain

It feels like that guy has been playing college football since the Obama administration. Looked it up and, no, this is only his fifth season. He is approaching playing for the same number of college teams (3) as his dad played for NFL teams (4), though.

 

Watched the replay of that and it didn't even look like that bad a hit. He got his head rocked and whiplashed, but at full speed it looked like a normal tackle. Obviously, it caught him just the right (or wrong) way.

 

At Rutgers as well, where Greg Schiano might already be in midseason asshat form. He called a play instead of a kneeldown at the end of the game against Howard, and the guy ran it in for an 11-yard touchdown to make the final score 44-7.
He either made gamblers happy, or as mad as the Howard coach was. The spread was 34.5.
