    Her lawyer is Doug Wigdor, who can be very good but, having been across the table from him a few times over the years, he litigates in the press with splashy claims which sometimes turn out to not be rooted in facts. He is the lawyer who represents Brian Flores.

    This is one of those cases where, if the accusations are not true, it could backfire spectacularly on the plaintiff.
