I must admit I never heard of Tony Hinchcliffe before yesterday.

I had no idea he was such a big deal.

 

There will have to be at least one upset in the Senate. WV is a goner and the Dems will have to hold the rest to keep it 50-50 with a Walz (hopefully) tiebreaker. I think Sherrod and Tester have a fighting chance, but that remains to be seen. 50-50 is not complete control where it comes to committee chairmanships, as we saw in 2021-22.

Will be interesting to see what Elmo, Bezos and the other red-pilled gazillionaires do with their money after going all in on MAGA and busting. Do they cut their losses, or double down for 2028?

That Nebraska Osborn-Fischer Senate race is closer than most thought - Osborn is an independent who said he won't caucus with either party. Imagine having THAT kind of juice where you have the Senate in your hand.

 

Don't write this down, but I find Milton probably as boring as you find Milton. Mrs. Milton found him boring too. He's a little bit long-winded, he doesn't translate very well into our generation, and his jokes are terrible.
