I'm so happy that this thread has created such antipathy.

"Hot Girls In Love," by Loverboy.

Truly a great song by a band that never did anything better.

The video is visually nice but kinda lame, too. But the song really cooks.

 

“Roam” by the B-52s.

All their other songs have that braying jackass on them.

 

Say what you want, but this song owned the airwaves way back when ...

 

How anybody liked that band is beyond me. Such a boring, nothing sandwich.

 

John Denver was great, yet somehow I never followed him much.
He had one perfect song for the ages, though, and I will never get tired of it.

And this live rendition of it, from 1995 I think, is truly the best you'll ever find ...
