The Commandskins Football Team's last 11-win season was in 1991. Longest active streak in the NFL.

I've seen players hurdle defenders before. I'm not sure I've ever seen someone do it — intentionally, no less — in reverse.

That’s the color the Eagles were meant to wear every week.

Anyone ever tell Flacco you can throw it to a RB?

Washington still has the Cowboys twice, the Titans at home and the Saints on the road. I know division games are never easy -- see yesterday -- but that Dallas team is an absolute mess. That seems to be the four right there to get to 11.

The rest of the schedule is pretty favorable, too. Eagles twice, yes, but Steelers and Falcons both at home. So yes, 13 is attainable.

It’s crazy to think Washington and Atlanta are going to battle for the 2 seed. My illinformed take earlier this season looks worse by the week. And it’s even wilder given the schedule they have, there’s an outside (albeit not likely) chance of getting the 1 if the Lions scuffle at some point (I’m not counting on it). But a Washington-Lions NFC Championship game could happen. Right now with half the season to go, really only the Vikings and possibly the Packers really could upend this. Maybe the Eagles if Sirianni remembers he doesn’t need to over think things.

Apart from the Falcons, be South won’t challenge them and the West is a hot mess where no one wants to actually be good so the Cardinals are in first by default.

The Rams now have their big guns back, and the Niners might eventually get McCaffrey back.

Rams have their big two receivers back and still was this close to losing save for an LOL OT decision and Geno Smith being Geno Smith. Stafford is still a beast but I need to see it be sustained. Rams might be the one to pull out the West but they’ll get a 4 and likely have to play the Vikings again and then will probably travel to Washington if they win.

CMC might as well change his name to Christian Godot. And the defense keeps getting beat up. We’ll see though. This bye could not have come at a better time and they will head to Tampa Sunday. So bookend wins before playing home against Seattle then on the road to Green Bay and Buffalo before home agains the Bears. They could be no better than 7-6 heading into the stretch run against Rams-Dolphins-Lions-Cardinals.

Saints just fired their coach for losing to the Panthers.
