Could very well be. Florida's been full of Florida Men since way before Henry Flagler showed up with an idea of building a railroad and some hotels in Miami. Or even Ponce de Leon!

The state has some seriously shady history. Ron DeSantis may not even be in the top 10 of crooked Florida politicians and charlatans.

Heels getting their asses kicked up and down the court. Can’t defend, can barely score. No communication. Foul trouble. Now down 18 late in the half.

Chapel Hill has zero inside presence. Another Tar Heels team that looks to be less than the sum of its highly-recruited parts. Hubert Davis isn't it.

I think BC will be OK down the road. VCU winning by nearly 30 in a neutral site game in November is great for the Rams though. Big fan of Phillip Russell, who has made a quick impression on the Rams' fan base.

One silver lining of NIL is without it, I don’t think I get to watch RJ Davis and Hunter Dickinson continue to play college basketball.

The announcers' jinx -- or reverse jinx -- isn't just for announcers.
