    Wait 180? I feel like that will take forever and not get it properly cooked inside. If the breast needs to get to 165 (thighs are higher), wouldn’t you want the oven hotter?

    After spatchcocking and smoking our Thanksgiving turkey a couple of years ago (following a good brine), I doubt I'll ever go back to another way. Crazy good and moist, and took a fraction of the time.

    Herdez makes awesome sauces. Everything is unique and flavorful with texture and the spiciness isn't overwhelming.

    One of the tastiest dishes in the Chinese food realm is .....Peking Duck. Crispy skin and succulent duck meat. Had some yesterday during a business lunch. Hope you get to enjoy sometime yourselves.

    I wish Chinese-American food was better. So much is sloppy junk with cornstarch ruining everything.

    Agreed however cmy mom taught me ornstarch is the magic ingredient for making the sauces that make it tasty.
